Principals and Teachers

The Fund’s business is human capital, the principals and teachers making a difference in our schools every day. Research shows that the people closest to students have the greatest effect on their learning. Investing in those people is the greatest lever we can pull to accelerate student achievement.

People who come to education through The Fund’s programs have a high level of energy, discipline and commitment to excellence. They have all chosen to put themselves through some of the nation’s most rigorous selection processes and training programs. They hold their students up to high standards, and themselves to ones greater. They are our city’s and our nation’s top education professionals and they are at the top of their game.
