The Chicago Public Education Fund is venture capital for public education. Every four years, we raise a series of funds and invest in high-impact programs and outstanding management teams focused on improving the quality and performance of principals and teachers. Our success is rooted in a strict adherence to our venture capital model, investments that meet critical needs of the school system, and a strong alignment across all strategic partners.

Investment Funds and Goals
Consistent with our venture capital model, The Fund raises a series of funds every four years and focuses on a set of clearly defined initiatives. The Fund’s current investment fund, its third and most ambitious fund to date, leverages the strong track record of success in Funds I and II. Fund I established a high bar of quality for leadership, and Fund II embedded high-quality leaders throughout the district. Fund III will elevate the performance of exceptional leadership teams—supporting them and placing them in the schools that need them the most.More Info
